A New Stove!

Well, our stove finally died. Here's the chronicle of the TWELVE hour, pick up and installation...

Here's the old stove. Note the three burners and the burn marks on either side of the stove. It didn't cook evenly or keep temperature well. Here's the socket without it's cover, messy and ugly. We had to install a new socket, 220 is scary. Here we are looking at the old stove (left) and the new one (right) FOUR BURNERS!With the power turned off, Amy and Jim were using flashlights and headlamps to see (After 9 hours, I had to leave and go teach).
The finished product, it works like a dream and now we can cook breakfast for the CRI team that is coming tomorrow!!!
