To the Dacha with the Interpreters

The guys had an awesome opportunity to go to Russian Dacha. This word is hard to describe because we just don't have it in English. It's a plot of land outside of the city where Russians have a small plot of land with a little house and they grow a LOT of vegetables there. These veggies are used to supplement the diet and save a LOT of money on groceries.

Peter and Dan are shown here receiving 5 liters of birch juice. They tap birch trees here in Russia like we tap maple trees in America. The difference is that we make syrup from the sap. They drink the birch juice. It's supposedly VERY healthy for the body.
