Dining in Russia

Many of the staff have pitched in while the professors are here visiting to help Amy and I out. With two people living in our apartment and me teaching most evenings, it's a bit difficult to pull everything together. Irina (the CEC director and administrator of the Tyumen Bible College) had them all over for dinner. Borscht (beet soup) and pirozhki (potato pies). Mmmmm.
